Beneficio de Banda Ancha de Emergencia To close the digital divide and get every New Mexico student the connectivity they need to learn, New Mexico must use every available resource. To that end, PED created New Mexico Student Connect to help families take advantage of the federal Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) program. That program provides a temporary discount on home internet bills for qualifying low-income households. Please call 1-888-723-4505 for help getting connected.
